DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE

La satisfaction client est au centre de nos préoccupations. Le rôle du Customer Success Specialist, à la fois expert métier et solutions, est donc primordial dans notre organisation.

Vous serez en charge de l’accompagnement d’un portefeuille de clients spécialisés dans un ou plusieurs domaines (Investment Banking, Trading, Investment Management ou Banque Privée).

Vous aurez pour mission de former nos utilisateurs à leurs outils de travail et de garantir leur totale satisfaction vis à vis de nos services et de nos prestations.

Nous parions sur le virage digital pour transformer notre expérience clients, à ce titre, vous coordonnerez les actions de formation à distance de l’ensemble de l’équipe.

RESPONSABILITES

  • Assumer un rôle d’expert et de conseil auprès des clients pour établir une relation de confiance
  • Former les clients sur les différents outils utilisés dans leur domaine d’expertise
  • Être attentif à la qualité, au respect des engagements et plus généralement à la satisfaction client
  • Contribuer à l’enrichissement et à l’amélioration de nos outils et de nos bases de données, en se basant sur les retours d’expérience clients
  • Identifier des opportunités de ventes additionnelles
  • Coordonner l’offre de formation digitale

EXPERIENCE ET COMPETENCES REQUISES

  • Etudiant niveau Master spécialisé en Finance de Marché
  • Un premier stage en Banque ou en Société de Gestion serait un plus
  • Se retrouver dans les qualités suivantes : pédagogue, doté d’un excellent relationnel, optimiste, orienté clients, méthodique, passionné, proactif
  • Parler couramment français et anglaise
