In 2023, we received our first investment from Idékapital, which has enabled us to accelerate our overseas expansion and drive sales across America and Canada whilst continuing to support our clients in Scandinavia.As a Swedish speaking Customer Success Manager at CV Partner you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional value to our Nordic, and in particular Swedish customers. You will work closely with our corporate and enterprise customers to understand their needs, and challenges, driving engagement and demonstrating ongoing value from CV Partner’s tool. Your role will involve guiding customers through the onboarding process, coordinating training, configuration and an implementation plan with each customer and ultimately building a trusting relationship with clients in Scandinavia and the rest of Europe.You will report to the Customer Success Lead in Copenhagen and collaborate with the wider Customer Success Team located in Oslo, London, and Toronto. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new expansion opportunities. As we continue to grow globally, both in headcount and in customer base, you will have the opportunity to steer your future career in CV Partner and be exposed to development opportunities as we scale.Ideally, you will have worked for a high-growth company but we are more concerned with your ability to adapt to a changing environment. CV Partner is in an exciting growth phase so it’s important to be aware that something that works for us today may not work for us tomorrow.We promote flexible working arrangements, and we also recognise the positive impact of meeting up with colleagues in person. We ask that applicants be prepared to travel to the central Copenhagen office at least 2 days a week. We also travel internationally twice per year for company gatherings, so in addition to being legally eligible to work in Denmark, candidates should be prepared to travel internationally for a few days each year (fully paid) for collaboration, fun times, and, of course, great food.About youMinimum essential requirements– Fluent in the Swedish language, as we want to support our Swedish customer base from our Copenhagen office.– Proven experience in client-facing roles within a SaaS environment, particularly in customer success. Candidates with experience in account management, relationship management, or similar roles are also encouraged to apply.– A track record of developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.– Communicating with external and internal stakeholders is an integral part of this role so an excellent grasp of the Swedish and English language is essential (both written and spoken).– Due to CV Partner’s global presence, there may be times when you are asked to be available for early mornings or late calls with customers.– As CV Partner continues to mature in this exciting period of growth, there are times when you will be working under minimal supervision, so this hire needs to be a self-starter who is proactive and can think on their feet.– CV Partner’s main product will play an important role in your day-to-day work and the ability to learn new software and tech tools is very important to your success in this role.It would be great if you also have– Previous experience working with large enterprise customers– Experience within bids/proposals in professional services– An understanding of at least one of our customer industries: IT, Engineering, Business Management, Legal, and/or Construction– Worked alongside a globally distributed team across multiple time zonesWhy you will love it here– Flexible and hybrid work arrangements– Fully paid bi-annual company retreats– Travel to other CV Partner offices– Macbook and iPhone– Pension contributions– Office lunchIf you like one of our open job posts, we encourage you to apply.
