Together with another Customer Success Manager in France, you will perform a key role in the North or West of France in helping our customers to understand and use our products in the best possible way.   • You conduct trainings for our entire EGYM Ecosystem and ensure that all studio owners and employees are kept up to date with our products.
  • You lead your customers to success with EGYM hardware and software solutions by being their main point of contact throughout the entire EGYM customer journey.
  • You analyze the training needs of our customers on site and are responsible for the corresponding sales-oriented sales and the implementation of the training.
  • You form a tandem with the regional concept consultants and coordinate the integration and optimisation of the products and concepts at the customer’s site together with them
  • You create analyses of product use within the studios in order to derive meaningful key figures for optimizing the work processes in your clients’ studios.
  • You support the planning, preparation and implementation of our EGYM Campus trainings in our partner studios.

Your fitness level

  • You have completed training or a degree in the field of sport/exercise science and/or have specialist knowledge of physiotherapy.
  • You have at least three years of experience in the fitness industry and have been in regular contact with customers
  • You identify with innovative products and are prepared to present them in the form of lectures or direct sales of training courses.
  • You are willing to learn and adopt in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy working with customers in your field to bring new products to market.
  • You want to take the next step in your career and represent a product with which you can change the fitness market for the better
  • You are fluent in French and have a good command of English

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • You will acquire the necessary specialist knowledge independently and with the support of colleagues and are prepared to look after your customers independently in the assigned regional area.
  • You will regularly attend training sessions with your colleagues, thereby getting to know the daily operations of a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) at EGYM and successfully learning the different procedures for yourself.
  • You will be introduced to your new customer base and will independently conduct the first trainings, presentations and sales to achieve your own goals.
  • You will be able to organise your working day successfully and purposefully and know how to use all the relevant tools for you and your customers profitably.
