Do you want to be part of this great family?📝Some details about your departmentClient facing role, responsible for building a strong relationship with assigned clients backed on an excellent execution and a strong capacity to understand the client’s business and digital environment
Client Success Managers are expected to strategically grow accounts by building strong relationships and asking the right questions during weekly client meetings.🎯 What we’d like you to doOffer to our client data driven insight solution, strategic thinking and long-term vision to enhance and develop the results of the clients.Work in synergy with the Making Science Consulting Experts to develop multi-channel strategy and provide active or prospect clients a complete ecosystem overview and evolution through D2C, B2C, E-commerce and Marketplaces.

Collaborate with internal staff to ensure coordinated customer management, working closely with marketing, development and creativity;Build and maintain advantageous relationships with key clients and partnersDeal with developing strategies to maximize the value of key customers by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunitiesUndertake inter-agency initiatives that build relationships, share knowledge🔊 What we’d like you to bring4+ years professional experience in digital strategy or client facing roles.Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing, Business Economics or any related fieldPrevious people managemet experience preferredFluency in new technologies and current trends in eCommerceKnowledge of SEO, content optimization and paid search a plusAbility to work independently and autonomouslyHighly organized with strong quantitative analytical skillsAbility to listen to customers for providing great serviceExcellent verbal and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively both within the company and to a range of client levelsCommercially astute and forward thinkingProven ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environmentItalian native speaker and Fluent English is a must✔️Perks of joining usWe give you complete stability with an indefinite job contract.We offer a fixed salary according to your worth and experience, plus a performance based bonus.Get the most out of your salary with our Flexible Payment Plan (Restaurant Ticket, Transportation Ticket, Day Care Ticket, and Medical Insurance).Do you know someone that fits in Making Science?
