To foster excellent relationship with our customers and partners network, we are now hiring a Customer Success Manager in our sales organization for our POS Acquiring solutions.Your mission:

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction, retention and success
  • You understand the clients needs and address their concerns in the best way
  • You take initiatives for retention and renewals of existing clients
  • You grow our revenue with new clients, more end customers through partners network or enhanced margins
  • You monitor and report problem resolution
  • You share customers feedback to the product team
  • You manage our partners network and make sure to provide adequate trainings and follow-up to ensure their success

  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in customer success in a commercial context
  • You are passionate about customer satisfaction
  • As a natural born networker, you are able to easily build and maintain strong relationships
  • You are an expert in communication and negotiation
  • Autonomy, agility and excellence are your motto
  • You have a communicative positive mindset that you can spread to your surroundings
  • French or Dutch is your native language and you are operational in the second one. You are fluent in English to communicate within the team.
  • You are at ease working in an international environment and love interacting with other cultures
  • You are open to travel accross Europe to attend industry events
