Job Description:An opportunity for a Customer Services Procurement has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).RESPONSIBILITIESAs the customer services procurement support you will contribute to securing the availability of critical assemblies and materials for a national Spanish program. Manage a diverse and international supplier base and find solutions in this highly dynamic environment.You will self sustainably manage this focus area and own the relationship with internal customers & suppliers.Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal – External).
Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.
Contribute to the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! We are looking forward to know you:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
- Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in customer services procurement
- Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
