Our global client is seeking skilled and bilingual Customer Service Staff members to join their team for a project-based assignment in Poland. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Dutch and/or Polish languages. As well as English proficiency B2.As part of the Customer Support team, you are in a position to provide high quality user experience to global users and content creators of a popular mobile/video-editing app. In this role, you willPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help resolve user issues via in-app tickets/email and chat efficiently and accurately.
  • Navigate different users by making use of established SOPs; you will raise gaps and missing process steps when you find them
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in your interactions with users.
  • Periodically make outbound calls to conduct follow-through resolution where needed. And other tasks required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • These two languages are great if you have them, otherwise either one of them:
  • Native or almost native in Dutch or Polish.
  • English proficiency B2.
  • Good English communication skills (you will ace our English test!)
  • Familiar with social media platforms and other mobile/video-editing applications
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
