Zakres obowiązków:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email (both outbound and inbound)
  • Handling sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly
  • Providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service

Oczekiwania:

  • Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • The project operates 7 days a week, but you will work 5 days a week
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred
