Zakres obowiązków:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email (both outbound and inbound)
- Handling sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly
- Providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service
Oczekiwania:
- Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- The project operates 7 days a week, but you will work 5 days a week
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred
