Customer service specialist with German
00123138Provide customer service in German;Contact customers via chat, emails (90%) and phone (10%);Resolve customer issues related to;Providing support for records management;Building positive relationships with customers.
- Fluency in German (C1);
- Proficient use of mobile tools (laptop, phone);
- Openness to shift work.
