- Providing costumer support in Czech
- Contact with customers via chat, e-mails (90%) and phone (10%)
- Solving customer problems related to sports (mainly football)
- Working with basic office tools
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Very good knowledge of Czech and English (min.B2)
- Openness to working in shifts
- Availability to work min. 150h/month
- Salary – 50 PLN gross/h!
- Civil contract
- Shift work – work with a fixed schedule
- Stationary work from the modern office
