Our client, a Barcelona based healthcare manufacturing company, who develop and manufacture scalable, groundbreaking solutions to solve the world’s most complex health challenges, are on the hunt for a German speaking Customer Service and Order Management specialist, to join their team ASAP.You will:
- Be a close Business Partner with the Sales Organizations to fully support the Sales and Marketing strategies and the business growth.
- Team up with Order management and other functions to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Be a part and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.
The essential requirements:
- Provide support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements.
- Work with sales and order management to process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.
- Be responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the Master Data Management team
- You must be able to speak German and English have strong written and verbal communication skills in BOTH languages.
It would be a plus if you possess experience in:
- Tender/Contract Management work.
- Operated in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving and analytical methods.
