Customer Support

CIS specialist tasks

-receiving and processing orders of goods, apparel, frames and lenses
-issuing invoices, documents
-communication with customers, phone, email, sales events (B2B)
-managing warranties
-managing shipments
-receiving complaints regarding quantities or conditions in accordance with the issued invoices
-managing goods returns
-closely cooperates with other departments of the company
-creates and analyses relevant reports based on superior specifications
-other tasks as necessary at the superior’s request.
 

The candidate must also have:

-excellent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
-experience/knowledge with ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment
-computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP an advantage
-a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks;
-working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement);
-strong organizational and time management skills
-good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
-an eye for detail and neatness
