-speak and write fluent Czech, and basic English,
-communicate well with others,
-prioritize your tasks?

-have a previous experience in Customer Service,
-know Slovak language,
-know SAP and Excel.

Main tasks

-provide service for our Czech customers and phone,
-work with sales team and other departments to support Kennametal partners,
-create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes),
-use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Genesys,
-take the extra mile to engage customers.
