Customer Service Representative with Arabic
PL22/WAW/AM/CSDECurrently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of English and Arabic for the position of Customer Service Representative.Project informations:

• Location: Warsaw
• Type of work: hybrid 2 days per week in office
• Working hours: Mon-Fr (start 8-9)
• Languages: English (B2) Arabic (B2)
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Level: Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls, requests
• Create quotations
• Advice Customers regarding order status, products etc.
• Answering questions
• Preparing documentation
• Entering orders into system
• Support pricing process
• Coordination of the ordering and delivery processes
• Efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of English (Arabic nice to have)
• Experience in Customer Service
• Experience in exporting goods
• SAP or other ERP experience
• Knowledge of Excel
• Analytical skills
