The client is an outsorcing company (call center) looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading team in the entertainment (theme park). In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.Tasks-You will receive incoming customer calls through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.-You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally.-You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.-You will maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements-You have a Native level of Dutch-You have fluent level of EnglishBenefits-You Will have a permanent contract-Salary: €22,000 per year + bonus of up to €2,000.
