A day in the life:

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process in collaboration with the relevant departments

• Act as the interface between the customer and the company, providing high-quality customer service through phone and written communication

• Process incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution

• Efficiently and professionally handle customer complaints

• Assess and fulfill individual customer needs within our tailored customer service

• Participate in European-wide projects and collaborate with other departments to offer our customers world-class service

As part of a team, you will receive thorough training in your responsibilities and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.

The keys to success:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification or experience

• Ability to identify and solve problems, and multitask under pressure

• Independence in daily work and problem-solving

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, good knowledge of French is a plus
