For more than 3000 libraries worldwide they are an important partner that offers support in the selection, purchase and processing of the requested literature.Over de functie van Customer Service Representative German-speakingAs a customer service employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for the daily contact with customers and publishers from German-speaking countries, mainly for book and magazine series. You are also the first point of contact for customers and are actively involved in solving questions.

• Management of all customer communication via e-mail and telephone;
• Recording appointments, requests, orders and follow-up of both customers and publishers;
• Ensures internal communication in order to properly handle customer requests;
• Responsible for the complete handling of customer files.

• Has a very good command of German (preferably as a native language) and also Dutch or English for internal communication;
• Is available at least 4 days a week;
• Has extensive administrative experience;
• Residing in or around Amsterdam.
