Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition is seeking : a Customer Service Representative
As Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate between the sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team and distributors, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Ensure efficient and smooth order processing, balancing economic efficiency with exceptional customer service.
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and sales area files.
Collect, validate , and manage master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare colleagues for backup roles and step in as a backup during absences, supporting both customer service and logistics functions.
Deliver timely and accurate customer service, ensuring adherence to all internal procedures.
Collaborate with the finance department to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure resolution.
Keep customer records and sales area documentation organized.
Plan shipments effectively, ensuring warehouse staff receives precise instructions for efficient delivery preparation.

You are multilingual (German, English, Dutch)
You are an expert in Microsoft Office and ERP-systems
You have Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
