All rights reserved.Site Zona Franca, BarcelonaCustomer Service RepresentativeEl principal objetivo de esta posición será garantizar que todos los documentos y requisitos de los pedidos de los clientes estén en el sistema en tiempo y de manera eficaz, asegurando la atención y respuesta rápida a los clientes tanto internos como externos.Sobre la posición…Las principales funciones serán:

• Grabar pedidos en SAP.
• Gestionar pedidos WEB.
• Grabar fabricaciones especiales y tintings.
• Realizar seguimiento de autorizaciones de cooperativas en portales de cooperativas.
• Realizar la gestión y el seguimiento de autorizaciones internas.
• Alertar de las diferencias de la base de datos de clientes observadas en la grabación de pedidos.
• Atención telefónica a cliente y equipo comercial: status pedidos, stocks, tránsitos.

Sobre ti…

• Formación de Grado Medio o Superior, preferentemente en Administración y finanzas, logística, comercial o similar.
• 2 años de experiencia en puestos o funciones similares.
• Nivel de inglés: muy valorable, aunque no es imprescindible.
• Herramientas digitales: Usuario/a avanzado/a de SAP y MS Office.
• Muy valorable experiencia en atención a clientes en mercados de gran consumo.
