You will process orders and provide information. You are responsible for ensuring that orders, deliveries, and aftercare are meticulously managed. Your tasks and responsibilities include all common activities within customer service. Our largest markets are Germany and Switzerland, but our other customers are spread across Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.Knowledge & Experience:

  • You are available for 40 hours per week.
  • You have an MBO-4 diploma.
  • You have 3-5 years of work experience, but you are certainly also invited to apply with less experience.
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages; German is a plus.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • You and your colleagues from the customer service team are the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You handle incoming customer calls regarding product information, stock checks, order status, order changes, issues, and other customer-related matters.
  • You are responsible for the planning of transport orders.
  • In case of freight issues, you arrange for a replacement order for the missing products/damages.
  • You process incoming sales orders in the ERP system from start to finish (entering orders, invoicing, and digital archiving).
  • You identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvements in the operational process.
  • You take care of other administrative tasks.
