Department: Customer ServiceJoin our Company to make a difference in people’s life!!!The Customer Service Representative is responsible in collaboration with the rest of the Nordic Customer Service organization to support the Nordic Business Units to secure the delivery of a superior customer experience. The Customer Service Representative role will take lead on the management of customer orders and calls, is lead internally for the process of customer complaint registration and is expected to handle other customer related matters on demand. The Customer Service organization also support the Sales and Marketing organization with various on demand tasks related to external activities.
A key factor for the success of this role is to have a close cross-country and cross-functional collaboration within the Nordics.Responsibilities

  • Deliver a superior customer experience for both our internal and external customers.
  • Handle orders, calls, backorders and claims based upon the KPI for the department.
  • Outbound calls to customers and pro-active approach towards customers and collaboration partners based upon request.
  • Administrative back-office tasks: tender support, pricelists updates, etc.
  • Quality and high degree of service is an important focus area.
  • Performance driven approach towards our daily tasks to secure an efficient handling of tasks.
  • During the year participate in customer events.
  • Daily handling of office tasks such as sample and marketing material handling, office supply.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Nursing or equivalent background is preferable

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Ability to work under own initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize activities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt fast to changes.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, service and networking skills – strong oral and written comprehension and expression
  • Confident and competent on the telephone, in person, in writing professional e-mails and in a customer-facing environment.
  • Good level of competence in Word, Excel, Power point, CRM system, outlook, SAP (highly recommended)
  • Team player with a friendly, helpful attitude who goes the extra mile to get the job done.

Local Specifications (English and Local Language):

  • English, and minimum 2 Nordic languages
