DP World is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative, baqsed at our location in Pernis, Rotterdam area. You are responsible for delivering the best possible service to our DP World customers. You take care of the order processing from A to Z and handle all customers’ questions. 

About the role

How you will contribute

-Handling of the customers’ requests
-Booking transport orders
-Subcontractors management
-Communication with the WH & Customs department
-Costs calculatations
-Costs registration in the system
-Handling ADR/ IMO documentation 
-Problem solving 
-Working together with colleagues; You will work within team of 10 CSR’s, you will work alongside WH & Customs teams, you will communicate and partner with all branches of DP Word.  
 

What you will bring

-MBO 4/HBO graduated in Logistics ( all modalities)
-Language Dutch and English
-Minimum 3 years in comparable function in leading Logistics Provider World wide
