Job Description
• Provides customer services relating to sales; sales promotions, installations and communications
• Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws
• Develops organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
• Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys
• Order processing for all regions within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg for our Product Care packaging
• Monitoring and communicating with all parties involved regarding open orders, backorders and returns
• Monitoring, administration and communication with all parties involved regarding installations, trial installations and returns of systems
• Following up on fault reports to systems
• Carrying out daily/weekly reports for the correct handling of administration and invoicing
• Back-up Benelux Customer Service colleagues
• Back-up for preparation and communication of general documentation and quotations
Qualifications
• Education at HBO or MBO+ level, preferably commercial or administrative
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Relevant work experience
• Good skills in Word and Excel
• Team player and customer oriented
