jouw aanbod-Leading, guiding and monitoring all Professionals CS in the segment Agriculture
-Harmonize processes customer service to the different interfaces of the other depertments and sites on time delivery of FG.
-Personal and vacation planning (management of workload in the team)
-Administrative support for the sales force, support calculation of bonus
-Maintenance of customer related data in SAP
-Establish regular meetings with the customer service team to provide support, discuss issues and solutions
-Ensure the service is operating accurately and in compliance with the processes
-Generate different reports and provide regular updates to senior managementopleiding
