You will be liaising with multiple customers, troubleshooting issues and acting as the face of the company to the company’s range of esteemed clients.This role would suit a Customer Service Executive who is looking for a place in a company that is working on saving lives and pushing the boundaries of the medical world, where you will be provided with personal development opportunities in a client facing role.

The Role:

• Providing Excellent Customer Service to clients
• Communication with Customers over phone and Email
• Complaint resolution and problem-solving issues.
• Liaising with multiple departments within the organization

The Person:

• Background experience in Customer Service
• Good Communication skills
