LHP have a fantastic opportunity to join their team, as a Customer Service Centre Advisor for their Boston office, to assist colleagues driving these vans, to service their 20,000 customers efficiently, effectively and to get them where they need to be.

As a Customer Service Centre Advisor, you will receive an excellent salary of A£23,429 plus some great benefits.

What would I be doing as a Customer Service Centre Advisor?

As a Customer Service Centre Advisor, you will find solutions to all customer enquiries as first point of contact, via multiple channel’s Including: telephone, email, social media, SMS, WhatsApp, and web chats.

A large proportion of this role will be diagnosing and logging repairs, tenancy enquires taking payments and supporting their lettings process.

As a Customer Service Centre Advisor, your work on shift rota between the hours of 8:30 and 17:30, working 37 hours per week Monday-Friday.

What skills, knowledge and experience will I need to work as Customer Service Centre Advisor?

* Experience in a customer service role

* Strong IT skills with the ability to multi-task on a call.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
