We are currently recruiting for an experience part time bookkeeper to join a large company based in Foston, DE65 to support with general admin duties.
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Pay Rate: GBP11.96ph
Hours: 07:30am – 17:00pm
What will I be doing?
* Ensuring that all administrative and technical tasks are carried out efficiently and completed in accordance with internal and external targets.
* General admin tasks – scanning, copying, replying to emails, speaking with other departments, taking messages, creating appointments etc.
* Speaking with customers with their ETA
* Assisting with sales as well as admin tasks
* Dealing with Purchase Orders
* Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
What do I need to know?
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Experience within a similar role preferred however training is provided
* Good communication skills
* Computer skills and understanding
* Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in customer experience
* Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
