We are looking forward to welcoming you onboard of our journey!What does the role look like?We have a vacant position for a Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader who will drive our team’s continued successes and enhance the customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for someone who thrives on mentoring and motivating a team of professionals, and excels in fostering engagement in every customer interaction.Together with your team of dedicated customer service representatives, you will actively monitor all open orders and take decisive actions to keep them on track. No matter the challenge, you ensure that our initial delivery promises are fulfilled. Cross-team collaboration and solving escalated inquiries will be part of your daily routine.Furthermore, you seek for customer feedback and take initiatives to continuously improve the customer satisfaction. You collaborate with our customers to optimize the end-to-end experience through an optimal service and cost efficiency. The Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader is also the driving force to monitor and improve the customer service KPI’s like total throughput time and net promotor score. You ensure that any customer claim is properly handled within a shortest possible timeframe.What we expect from you?We are looking for someone with a customer oriented focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a knack for structural problem-solving. You are stress-resistant and capable to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced yet inclusive environment. As a coach, you are comfortable with a high level of autonomy and know how to inspire and lead a team to successes. You are a reference in boosting performance while upholding our core values of interaction, innovation, and commitment.
The ideal candidate has a profound knowledge of SAP, and masters English well in an international context we are operating in. The Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader will report to the General Manager and is part of the distribution centre’s management team.About us Torino
