We are looking for candidates who want to work in internal customer support and help clients with questions regarding bonus systems.Your responsibilities and impact as an Incentive Supporter:

• Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail
• Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand
• Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are a native German Speaker with an English level of B1 or better
• You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) – which can be either an apprenticeship or an university degree
• You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data
• Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
• You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad
