We are looking for a communicative and open-minded customer service representative for an eye health products company to competently handle customer enquiries. Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be:

A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
What’s in it for you?

Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
Working hours: full time (40h/week)
8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): # gross/month
Excluding accommodation: # gross/month
(*) Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)

For international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
Airport pick up
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
