Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!TasksAs a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
  • Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
  • Troubleshooting reported issues
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship

RequirementsWhat we are looking for:

  • Strong communication/social skills
  • Positive attitude towards changes
  • Service-minded and able to handle conflicts in a constructive manner
  • Team player
  • Strong listening skills
  • A solution-oriented approach without losing eye for detail
  • Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work
  • Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success

What you need:

  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Native level of Danish (written and spoken)
  • Tech-savvy: the ability to work with different IT systems and programs
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
