  • Native-level in Norwegian, both spoken and written. With a good level of English.
  • You excel in customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or service professions, is preferred.
  • You possess a sales-oriented mindset and thrive on achieving holdback and additional sales targets.
  • Your focus is on delivering exceptional customer service with a keen eye on customer satisfaction.
  • Approaching challenges with a problem-solving mindset, striving to find effective solutions.
  • Being driven to pursue and achieve set goals motivates you to excel.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications.
