Our mission is to transform lives through learning, advocating for inclusivity and diversity at every step.About the RoleHere at the Sheffield College our students are at the heart of everything we do and this role is pivotal to Guiding our students through every step of their learning experience, helping them feel supported and excited throughout.In your role as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting our staff and students to deliver excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone, providing information, advice and guidance.Key Responsibilities
