Looking to recruit a Customer services advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Basildon

Responsibilities:

* Take ownership for responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails)
* Follow the contact centre script and/or system diagnosis tool to ensure the right information is captured and validated
* Accurately diagnose the issue by utilising the system diagnosis tool, supplemented by your own knowledge and experience
* Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/ inbox

Requirements:

* you’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background
* good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* excellent customer service skills
