The COMPANY
Our Client is the UK’s leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation – specifically Ultrasounds. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
Due to an internal promotion they now require a Customer Service Assistant to liaise with customers and internal stake holders. The minutia of your role will include;
*Contacting customers to arrange planned service visits
*Providing advice and support to customers
*General Admin tasks
*Offer support to the Service Team

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with experience in a similar role;

*Excellent communication skills

SALARY: GBP24,500
PACKAGE: 4% into Pension Scheme, 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays,
Life Assurance/Death In Service – 4 x Annual Salary, Health Cash Plan, etc.
