Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d) who is eager to kick-start their career after completing their studies or obtaining a pharmaceutical representative certificate.

Area: Vienna, Burgenland, Niederösterreich, Eisenstadt

Responsibilities:

• Identifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomes
• Developing field-based customer & patient journey and account strategy
• Developing a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including HCPs, public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy area
• Providing feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts
• Collaboration with cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needs

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and/or completed studies in the field of human, veterinary, or dental medicine or pharmacy
• Passion for the disease area
• Highly motivated individual who is driven to push things forward
• Willingness to travel throughout Austria >90% of the time in the field visiting customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Passion for working in an agile manner and with digital tools such as iPad, MS Office, Veeva, and Salesforce
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written are required

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 55.500,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
