Customer Relationship Manager – Fire and Security

You’ll make an impact by:

Managing a portfolio of key accounts and communicate with our customers to identify up-sell, cross sell, and develop new opportunities.

Identify and bring on new clients.

Drive new, reoccurring revenue and small works by working closely with our marketing department to successfully deliver tenders, generate opportunities within designated vertical markets, and develop relationships with M&E contractors to increase our visibility and success across a broad range of sectors.

Collaborate with our customers to consistently match the Siemens portfolio and service capabilities with their business and site needs.

Travel to customer sites predominately around the South East and London
You excel in:

Experience within the Fire and Security market
-
Proven track record in account management
-
Confident in your communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to identify and covert new business opportunities.

Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Territory management skills.
