Description

Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates and solutions to customer concerns. Monitor and manage customer feedback to improve service delivery and processes. Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints in a professional manner. Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies within the property department.
Profile

A successful Customer Liaison Officer should have:
