Customer Insights Analyst
- Driving customer Insights analysis combining internal and external data sources to provide business development opportunities for SCS stakeholders
- Assist with requirements gathering, design and data visualisation for new global KAM Insights product
- Streamlining and automating reporting requirements for SCS clients
- Data visualisation to measure PSA Value and updating KAM list for international PSA’s
- Championing Page Insights products including Customer and Global Insights
- UAT for Customer and KAM Insights
- Provide assistance with reporting and analytics outside of SCS as part of the overall Sales Insights Team
Customer Insights Analyst|PageGroup SSCMust have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying business development opportunities.
- Ability to analyse reporting requirements
- Understanding of business change principles
- Previous experience with data visualization
- Ability to manipulate large volumes of data
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Presentation skills
- Language Skills: English

Preferred:
