As Order Management specialist and part of the Customer Fulfilment team, you will mainly:

  • Develop customer fulfillment strategies
  • Focus on on-time delivery and support of the various key accounts
  • Notice opportunities for improvement in existing supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with their webshop teams and external logistics stakeholders
  • Be the right hand of the Head of customer fulfillment
  • Be in charge of the order to cash processes for their key accounts
  • Order management, managing open balances and the execution of (promotion) orders
  • Coordination with inbound and warehousing about the receipt planning and storage options
  • Optimize the management dashboard
  • lead initiatives based on agreed KPI’s and SLA’s

Have you been managing the Order-to-Cash processes for key clients?|Are you proficient in Excel and have you developed strong analytical acumen?

  • Bachelor – or Master’s degree
  • Knowledge of the E-commerce/Retail sector
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Analytical, strong communicator and flexible
  • Experience with ERP systems and PowerBi is a major plus
  • 32 – 40 hours per week
  • Fluent in English
  • Available within 2 weeks

€32400 – 37200 per year
