Obviously, we have a flexible hybrid/remote work policy.Job DescriptionAs a member of the tech team, you will contribute to the success of our products for our customers. This is a transversal role that requires knowledge in machine learning / data science techniques but also a capacity to understand customer’s pains and needs and help him to maximise the output of our products.Namely your work will include:Continually ensure that the customer is maximizing the product’s potentialRun ad hoc analysis to deeply understand models performances, what are its weaknesses and how to fix them for specific customer use cases. This might include working with the customer to annotate their data
Work closely with our customer success team on the quality of the acquired and annotated dataWork closely with the tech team to improve the tooling and define new features and, if needed, help to develop themWork closely with the customer success manager to communicate the results internally and to our customersConduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and ensure technical feasibility.Preferred ExperienceMaster of science or PhD in data science or Artificial Intelligence (AI) or a related field.Strong knowledge in machine learning in general and of deep learning techniques in particular.Proficient in the python programming language.Experience with data manipulation and visualizationKnowledge of deep learning for computer vision (classification, detection, segmentation). Understanding standard computer vision techniques such as filtering, transformations, descriptors and detectors is a plusExperience with the unix environmentFluent English and French are required (most of customers you would work with speak French but English, all writing at Scortex are in english)Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.Recruitment ProcessIntro call (~30 minutes) – over phone or Google MeetTechnical case study (~2 hours) – possibly at the HeadQuarter or Google MeetC-level interview (~45 minutes) – possibly at the HeadQuarter or Google MeetAt least one of the above at the HeadQuarter in person Paris
