This fantastic opportunity will allow you to step into a role where you will lead and support 4 team members within their Export Customer Service and Credit Control divisions – no day is the same

JOB TITLE: Export Customer Experience Team Leader

HOURS: 8:00am – 4:30pm

LOCATION: Smethwick

SALARY: 31,000

START DATE: ASAP

Your new role:

• Help engage with UK and International customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Oversee the sales order processing for both UK and International sales orders.
• Manage queries ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing and timely response to exports for overseas customers.
• Enhance team performance by providing regular team meetings and training.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales and warehouse, including international offices.
• Lead and manage the credit control team to ensure effective credit management.
• Manage the aged debt for UK and Ireland receivables.
• Develop and execute plans to reduce outstanding aged debt balances.
• Oversee monthly reports for both teams.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasting reports.

• Experience with sales order processing
• Team leader or management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency using MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and SLA’s
• A warm and professional manner
• Good attention to detail
