Some of the key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the management of any new activities allocated to the Costumer Service following the company transformation and the development of a new Costumer Service concept
  • Support the supervision and maintenance of analyzes and reports relating to the Order To Cash Retail process by developing specific databases available to the company (Power BI)
  • Maintenance support and backup on the Customer Master Data
  • Support the supervision and report service KPIs ensuring customer satisfaction in line with industry benchmarks
  • Business process improvement: support the analysis and the optimization of existing processes, supporting the Order To Cash Subject Matter Expert in all SAP process implementation activities

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering. However, a combination of experience (minimum 1year) and/or education will be taken into consideration
  • Experience in Customer Service or in Commercial back office or Supply Chain is preferred
  • Experience with B2B activities is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Office suite especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP
  • Must possess following skills: accuracy, flexibility, teamworking, being proactive
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing Italian and English is required
  • Knowledge of SQL or Phyton would be an asset
