YOUR ROLE

  • Develop communication strategies Foster positive stakeholder relationships, leading to increased satisfaction Manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and email updates Create and manage content for websites, social media, and newsletters. Plan and coordinate IT events, including workshops, seminars, and community outreach Coordinate ISO/CSIS compliance activities within the IT department Communicate with suppliers to request offers, place orders, and handle invoices Supports project facilitation and cost planning

YOUR SKILLS

  • Basic IT knowledge, general IT infrastructure knowledge is an advantage Procurement/purchasing basic experience Basic financial knowledge Project Management experience is an advantage proactive individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities strong organizational skills attention to detail ability to collaborate effectively MS Office 365 SAP experience is an advantage
