With an ever expanding customer base, as the CX Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the organisations continued success and future growth plans by constantly steering the organisation in the right direction.In this role, the successful Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues, key stake holders and customers to analyse, identify and understand customer behaviours, preferences and pain points. Using this information, you will focus on implementing processes, procedures to further improve the overall customer experience and help in the future growth of the business.The ideal Customer Experience Analyst will have prior experience in a similar role and be confident in implanting positive changes and to be able to communicate these changes well.The Role

• Analyse, identify and understand customer behaviours.
• Work with the research and analyst team.
• Implement change to improve customer experience.
• Support the Head of Digital.
• Communicate change effectively.

The Person

• CX experience or similar.
• Happy to work in High Wycombe 1 day a week.
