The Position
You will become part of an engaging and dedicated team that strives for excellence. You share our passion and commitment to make a difference to change patients’ lives. As the Director of Customer Engagement, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, leading an expanding team and being the thought leader in our company.
Your key responsibilities include:
-Leading the development of the local digital strategy aligned with global/regional tools, prioritizing omnichannel initiatives and enhance digital marketing capabilities.
-Optimizing the IO Engage system, ensure data quality and integration, promoting internal adoption, conducting data analysis, and support our CRM system (Sales Force Excellence).
-Organizing cross-functional customer events, both in-person and digital, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing coordination support.
-Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Business Unit Directors, Sales Director, Finance Director, and external stakeholders, North West Europe Customer Excellence units, and data providers.
-Leading customer engagement and digital strategy efforts in Ireland, driving transformation and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Additionally, you should be able to think outside the box and introduce innovative digital ideas that will continue to evolve our thinking and processes bringing us to the next level.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
-Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
-Proven relevant work experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated industry.
-Proven Managerial and leadership experience.
-Proven experience with CRM systems and working closely with marketing and sales executives to achieve specific business objectives.
-Experience in managing multichannel marketing activities for a brand or portfolio of brands.
You should also have strong analytical skills, a positive and resilient mindset, self-driven, and excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
About the Department
You will be a part of the affiliate Leadership Team and collaborate closely with our peer-countries in the Business Area on various Customer Engagement initiatives and projects. You will lead an expanding team of 3 direct reports sitting in Customer Excellence, Multichannel Engagement and Content Management.
