The remit and focus of the role is to train and consult with schools, support a range of managed services including troubleshooting issues, conduct system audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes. It’s a broad and exciting role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge – if you’re a good presenter and have some knowledge of Finance, this is the role for you.Core responsibilitiesDeliver majority of training online, with very limited in-person trainingUsing professional knowledge, design and deliver services to schools, MATs and partnersAbility to pitch training and consultancy appropriately to users and partners and deliver this in a concise way which is understood by the recipients, allowing a range of users to become confident in their required areas of the system as they start their Arbor Journey.Having an in-depth understanding of at least one Arbor Product functionality, features, best practice and being able to articulate these to customers to help them get the most out of their use of Arbor Product.Delivery of managed services for schools and partners.Keeping up to date with a fast paced product, including updates, changes to legislation and adapting to new processes as we scale.To own materials used for training and keep these relevantAbility to self-reflect, feeding back to relevant members of the team internally an overview of the session and any outstanding actions to ensure the customer receives a well rounded experience.Travel to Arbor offices as needed, and occasionally client sites.About youRelevant background in the Education sector. We are looking for people who are familiar with the terminology, processes within a school and can hit the ground running.Ability to understand and articulate technology to a range of individuals, including non-technical usersExcellent presentation and communication skills are essential.Have a positive approach to learning new things, troubleshoot potential issues and help provide solutionsFriendly, eager to get stuck in and always willing to helpGood sense of humour and able to inspire others.DesirableA proven track record in trainingAnalytical skillsWhat we offerThe chance to work alongside a team of hard-working, passionate people in a role where you’ll see the impact of your work everyday.
