Your role is to be part of this team to support users within the NXP organization.You will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, teaching and creating a supportive environment for NXP’s technical and sales documentation, such as Data sheets, User manuals, Application notes but also Sales Asset types like roadmap, one pagers etc..You will join the centralized documentation team of NXP. Working together with a small team of enthusiastic documentation people to support NXP content creators and adapt to changes in the semiconductor business.And you will contribute to the standardization, alignment and improvement of the technical documentation and sales collateral.Establishing guidelines and processes to improve quality and workflows, based on technical and marketing processes.You will also focus on validation of content, created by others, to improve the total quality of NXP. Communication with stakeholders is key.Your responsibilities
- You will be part of a team working on all aspects of NXP’s high quality technical documentation.
- Communication with NXP business lines all over the world.
- Establishing guidelines and processes to improve quality and workflows.
- Focus on Sales Collateral and Technical documentation guidelines.
Your teamCustomer Documentation Services is an NXP department that supports the technical documents NXP broad and is extending their portfolio by supporting Sales collateral. The team is responsible for supporting all aspects for documentation from start to publish on NXP.com.Your profileTo be successful in this role you have:
- Process-oriented skills:
Writing guidelines/processes for e.g. Sales Enablement portal. * A focus on Quality:Validation of content before it is published on the public website. * Good knowledge of English language.
- Communication skills
- Analytical, broad interest.
- Affinity for documentation (marketing and technical)
