Selfridges has a brilliant opportunity within the Customer Analytics Team, reporting to the Senior Customer Analytics Manager. As a Customer Data Analyst, you will have the exciting and rare chance to work in a fast-paced environment, to help us take our business to the next level

THE ROLE

As a Customer Analyst, some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on key customer KPIs understand the drivers of their performance
• Providing actionable insights of the back of analysis completed on customer and transactional data, using SQL.
• Work with fellow analysts to create accessible, relevant, and actionable reports and Power BI dashboards, using multiple sources of data.
• Own projects end-to-end and manage the process.
• Champion a culture of self service by ensuring your stakeholders are suitably skilled in how to use our analytics tools.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• SQL knowledges and experience building Power BI or Salesforce Einstein Analytics dashboards – Already experience using Power BI is a bonus
• Proven experience dealing with large, complex datasets of different varieties (e.g. digital data, transactional data, marketing data) and evidence of being able to transform data into actionable insights
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and aggregation of data
• Time management skills: Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
• Passionate about the customer – you are passionate about improving the customer experience through delivering actionable insight
• Impeccable attention to detail
• A passion for solving new problems, learning new skills and furthering your understanding along the way.
