You will plan and create value-adding communications materials in close collaboration with stakeholders and team colleagues.As a communication professional, you will help drive our customer-centric approach by managing content activation and various communication projects. In this role, you will also produce engaging, multimedia content for the Maersk Logistics Insights area of our website, which equips customers with information on trends within logistics and global supply chains.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Communication Manager, customers are your target audience. You will be responsible for planning, leading, writing, implementing, and evaluating customer-facing communications and content for different scenarios.You will be a content creator and manager. Your goal will be to drive customer engagement through strategic, value-adding and operational communication. To do this, you will work closely with global and regional stakeholders in teams that include marketing, corporate communications, legal, sales, and customer experience.This position is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, working with different teams and senior stakeholders. You must already have 5-7 years of experience in similar communication positions, particularly in developing, overseeing, and executing successful content pieces to deadlines.
To perform this job successfully, you should have the ability to:Manage and develop compelling multimedia content that engages our customers and delivers value for them, such as – articles, case studies, presentations, videos, etc.Make sure that such content is well distributed on our channels and go along with similar content pieces from the Regions.Create and execute solid, engaging communication plans incorporating multiple channels. Successfully work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, balancing competing needs and priorities.Listen to and understand our customers and how to cater to their communication needs through outreach and research within and beyond Maersk.Ensure communications activities align with Maersk’s priorities and strategy.Additionally, we would like you to host a monthly global internal call.You:Speak and write English fluently.Have strong and varied communications experience.Have solid content creation skills.Show excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Are a resilient team player while also being a self-starter.Thrive in a complex, international environment.Embody the Maersk values in everything you do, particularly constant care, humbleness and uprightness#LI-Hybrid#LI-AR11Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
